Abstrak

The problem in this research was the low cognitive abilities in science and social learning of fourth-grade students of elementary school. The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of the visualization auditory kinesthetic learning model on cognitive abilities in science and social learning. This type of research is quantitative with is quasi-experimental. The research design is non-equivalent control group design. The sampling technique usen is non-probability with a purposive sampling technique. The population in this study were 72 students with a sample of 48 students. Data collection techniques using test and non-test techniques. The data analysis technique uses a ­N-Gain and simple linear regression test. Based on the analysis using a simple linear regression test, it was obtained that Fcount ≥ Ftabel was 41.33 ≥ 4.30. The results of the research show that there is significant influence and positive of using the visualization auditory kinesthetic learning model on cognitive abilities in science and social learning of fourth-grade students of elementary school.
