Disciplined character is one of the important aspects that students must have to achieve academic and social success. Parents and schools have complementary responsibilities in this character formation process. Parents act as early role models who provide emotional and motivational support, and enforce rules and routines at home. Schools, on the other hand, provide a structured learning environment with clear rules, supportive extracurricular activities, and guidance from exemplary teachers. The research results show that the synergy between the roles of parents and schools produces a significant positive impact on student discipline. Students who receive consistent support from home and school tend to have higher levels of discipline, better academic performance, and the ability to manage their time and responsibilities more effectively. Good collaboration between parents and schools creates conducive conditions for the formation of a strong disciplinary character, so that students are ready to face various challenges in the future with a disciplined and responsible attitude.
