Pengaruh Ekstrakurikuler Kepramukaan Terhadap Pembentukan Karakter Kepemimpinan Peserta Didik Kelas V di Sekolah Dasar

Abstrak

The problem in this research is the low leadership character of fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Merbau Mataram, SDN 2 Merbau Mataram, and SDN 3 Merbau Mataram. This study aims to determine the influence of scouting extracurricular activities on the formation of leadership character among fifth-grade students in elementary schools. The method used in this research is ex post facto correlation with a quantitative approach. The population of this research is all fifth-grade students at SDN 1 Merbau Mataram, SDN 2 Merbau Mataram, and SDN 3 Merbau Mataram, totaling 169 students, then a sample of 63 students is selected using probability sampling techniques. The probability sampling technique used in this research is proportionate random sampling. Data collection techniques are done through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis of the research uses simple linear regression. Based on the results of the data analysis, it was found that the calculated t-value > the tabulated t-value with the interpretation that the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted, meaning there is a positive and significant influence between scouting extracurricular activities on the formation of leadership character among fifth-grade students in elementary schools.
