Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Division dalam Meningkatkan Rasa Percaya Diri pada Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SDI Daruttaqwa Depok

Education is constrained by the confidence of students affected by the lecture method. Students hesitate during the question and answer session, the solution: use STAD-type Cooperative Learning. The expectations of this study: 1) Knowing the process of applying the STAD learning model to increase the self-confidence of grade V students at SDI Daruttaqwa and 2) Knowing the results of increasing the confidence of grade V students at SDI Daruttaqwa through the STAD Learning Model using PTK. This research was conducted in grade V SDI Daruttaqwa Depok with 18 students. The data collection tool uses observation sheets of teacher activity and student confidence. The results showed that after applying the STAD model for 3 meetings, there was an increase in students' confidence levels from cycle I to cycle II. Observations showed that in cycle I only 9 students (52%) managed to meet the confidence indicator, while in cycle II reached 16 students (88%). The study successfully applied the mode.
