Analisis Kesiapan Pendidik dalam Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada Pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) di SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat

This study aims to find out in depth the readiness of educators in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in learning Natural and Social Sciences. The research method in this study is qualitative case study. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. The data sources in this study are grade III educators, principals, education personnel, and students at SD Muhammadiyah Metro Pusat. The focus of this research is the readiness of educators in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in learning Natural and Social Sciences. The results showed that educators have good readiness in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum in learning Natural and Social Sciences, (1) educators already understand the concept and structure of the Merdeka Curriculum, (2) lesson planning prepared by educators is in the form of IPAS teaching modules, learning materials, learning media, and assessment tools, (3) the implementation of IPAS learning is adjusted to the textbooks used, (4) educators have good readiness in conducting assessments, educators apply diagnostic assessments at the beginning of learning, formative assessments at the end of each lesson, and summative assessments for mid- and end-of-semester assessments.
