The aim of this research is to describe and design the development of beauty salon management managed at SMK Negeri 8 Bandar Lampung. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach using purposive sampling techniques. The sample in this study consisted of 5 respondents. The data collection method in this research is through interviews and documentation studies. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the development of the teaching factory management model can be seen from (a) planning has been carried out well, such as organizing time, tools and practicum materials in the studio; (b) organizing a structured teaching factory starting from the head of skills competency, salon head, subject teachers and tool repairmen; (c) implementation has been carried out well; (d) supervision is carried out in an integrated manner by all school components. The results of implementing teaching factory management provide provisions for entering industry, trust from DUDI, and the output is well absorbed by the industrial world.
