Abstract

Ketapang Village is located in Susukan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. The problems in Ketapang Village are related to the need for education and intervention strategies to improve career resilience. The solution proposed to overcome the challenges in Ketapang Village is the BERSINAR Program, which is an abbreviation of Continuous Career Resilience Psychoeducation Guidance. The purpose of this program is to train individuals to develop resilience skills in facing challenges that may occur in the future. The implementation method uses the term 5P consisting of: (1) preparation; (2) introduction; (3) training; (4) closing; and (5) reporting. The results of the Paired Samples T-Test analysis showed a significant difference between the Pre-Test and Post-Test scores with a value of t (39) = 11.1, p <0.001. This indicates that psychoeducation services have succeeded in improving participants' career resilience knowledge. Similar programs can be recommended for widespread implementation to support the sustainability of youth career potential development in other areas. This service provides a significant contribution in supporting the implementation of education-based interventions to improve the career readiness of the younger generation.
