Pengaruh Proprioseptive Exercise Terhadap Peningkatan Stabilitas Ankle Pada Kasus Chronic Ankle Instability Atlet
Keywords:
Proprioceptive Exercise, Ankle Stability, Chronic Ankle InstabilityAbstract
This study aims to determine the effect of proprioceptive exercise on increasing ankle stability in cases of chronic ankle instability (CAI) in athletes. This research is a type of systematic review research using meta-analysis techniques with data sourced from secondary data from databases obtained from previous studies. Make a summary of various journals specifically with the question asked in this research, namely the effect of proprioceptive exercise on increasing ankle stability in cases of Chronic Ankle Instability (CAI) in athletes. The research results showed that there were 8 research articles as a source of meta analysis of the effect of proprioceptive exercise on increasing ankle stability in cases of Chonic Ankle Instability (CIA). The plot results show that proprioceptive exercise can increase ankle stability in cases of Chonic Ankle Instability (CIA) and it is significant (SMD= 1.10; 95% CI= 0.45 to 1.75; p= 0.00009). Based on the meta analysis carried out, it can be concluded that proprioceptive exercise has an effect on increasing ankle stability in cases of Chonic Ankle Instability (CAI) in athletes with a respective value for proprioceptive exercise of 1.10 units.
