Abstract

The strategy for forming a character school involves several interrelated aspects. First, this strategy is based on the need to improve academic achievement, as evidenced by increased student learning outcomes. Second, this strategy also focuses on improving the quality of teachers, especially teachers who play an important role in the learning process. Third, the strategy to build a school with character requires a positive classroom atmosphere. Character education is a conscious and deliberate effort to help students understand, care about, and act based on accepted ethical values. This education aims to develop students' moral, emotional and social aspects so that they become responsible humans and can play an active role in society. Building democratic schools, Building democratic schools, Building schools with moral discipline, Building cooperative schools, Building schools with progressive character, Children with character are very important to implement in schools in order to build partnerships between schools and parents to develop children's personalities. Moral education has a big influence on the growth and development process, therefore we provide moral education to children before they grow up. Likewise with the process of socializing students towards their living environment. Disciplined students try to follow rules, regulations, and regulations, and will usually also follow the person who set the rules. Teachers and educators have a big responsibility to produce a generation with character, culture and morals.
