Abstract

The objectives of the study were to determine the implementation of BK services in assisting career planning, explain the P5BK program with the theme of work culture and describe the implementation of BK in the P5BK program towards students' career planning at SMK Samudra Nusantara Cirebon. Descriptive method using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques; observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques; data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. The results of the study are 1) the implementation of counseling services in helping students' career planning is carried out through several services including; basic services, responsive services, specialization services and individual planning and system support. 2) The implementation of the P5BK program with the theme of work culture is contained in each subject that is integrated with P5BK values, including Indonesian, PPKn, Kwu (Entrepreneurship) and BKI (Industrial Work Culture). 3) The implementation of counseling in the P5BK program on students' career planning is applied through its service activities which are formed as the role of counseling teachers, namely coordinators, collaborators, mentors, informators, motivators, counselors and facilitators.
