This research with literature study method explores the potential of Chatbot to improve the understanding of chemical titration material for class XI high school students. The literature study shows that Chatbot with diagnostic test features, multimedia materials, questions, feedback, and interactive quizzes can support independent learning and improve effective ways of learning. The developed chatbot supports learning differentiation, namely content and process differentiation in the Merdeka Curriculum. Chatbot can enter different material content and learning activity processes, customized guidance and support, and flexible processing time. The learning process with this Chatbot varies according to the level of understanding of each according to the results of the diagnostic test conducted, allowing students to learn at different speeds and in effective ways. This research recommends the development of a Chatbot with Smojo AI to support differentiated titration self-learning to improve learners' understanding in learning titration.
