This study evaluates the impact of counseling guidance on the behavior of grade XI students at Cipasung Islamic High School, Tasikmalaya Regency. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires to grade XI students. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results indicate a significant influence of counseling guidance on student behavior, with a calculated r value of 0.5754, exceeding the r table value of 0.5155, and showing a 98% influence rate. This significant positive correlation suggests that higher quality counseling leads to greater positive behavioral changes in students. These findings underscore the importance of implementing structured and sustainable guidance and counseling programs to support student development in the school environment. Therefore, investing in quality guidance and counseling programs should be a top priority for schools aiming to enhance student achievement and well-being.
