The research discusses the assessment of the storytelling method of religious moral education at the kindergarten level and is motivated by the importance of religious morals in everyday life as a form of teaching by giving examples to children through the storytelling method. This research is a descriptive qualitative research, that is, the existing data in the form of words and to complete the existing data the author uses several methods: observation method, interview method, and documentation method. The results of this study indicate that at the evaluation (assessment) stage, educators make observations and assessments of the behavior of students, by means of questions and answers between educators with students and parents to find out the extent to which they understand the contents of the stories told and make assessment notes, namely anecdotal notes, notes on the results of work and notes with a checklist format.
