Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Students Teams Achievement Division (STAD) Untuk Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Pada Mata Pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia Kelas Rendah

Abstract

Education is an effort that is carried out according to plan to create active learning activities in order to improve the skills, knowledge, and attitudes possessed by students. This study aims to determine whether or not there is an increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the Student Teams Achievements Division (STAD) learning model for first grade students at MI Arrosyidin Pancuranmas. This type of research uses Classroom Action Research (CAR)  involving 8 grade I students as research subjects. The results showed that the average student learning outcomes was 55,6 and then compared with the increase in the graph of the average presentation student learning outcomes in cycle I to cycle II, which was originally obtained from 74,3 to 82,5. So there was an increase of 8,2 points. Thus according to the results of the data obtained by learning using the Student Teams Achievements Division (STAD) learning model, Indonesian language learning materials are more easily accepted and understood by students.
