Abstract

This research aims to produce learning innovations based on citizen science projects integrated with the Plantnet application. The type of research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, by describing a situation with problems found in the field so that it is easy to understand the solutions offered. The data obtained was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. Citizen science project-based learning integrated with the Plantnet application encourages learning about biodiversity to be more fun and meaningful. The presence of experts and the community helps students discover knowledge through identification projects. This learning also supports the implementation of the independent curriculum. Through this learning integration, it helps share information as well as prepare a plant database as a conservation effort through education. This learning also increases awareness in protecting the environment and its components. This learning innovation can be a consideration for teachers to apply by paying attention to time.
