Most educators tend to imitate or create their own lesson plans without relying on valid research. Therefore, training on lesson design is highly necessary. This community service programme aims to address the issue of low professional and pedagogical competence among primary school teachers, particularly in designing lesson plans. The implementation of the service comprises several stages: (1) drafting the training design and instruments, (2) expert validation through an FGD for the training design and instruments, (3) carrying out stage I, which includes a pre-test followed by training, (4) conducting stage II, which involves testing the learning tools developed by the teachers, and (5) a post-test to assess the participants' final competence. The methods used include expository teaching, question and answer sessions, group work, and presentations. The sample of primary school teachers was selected randomly using area random sampling techniques, utilising instruments such as observation, tests, and structured interviews. The training results indicated a significant improvement, with pre-test scores of 25% rising to 75% in the post-test, reflecting a 50% increase.
2024-12-17T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 Herpratiwi, Dwi Yulianti, Muhammad Nurwahidin, Ahmad Tohir , Abi Krisna Arrasyidhttp://e-jurnal.fkip.unila.ac.id/index.php/JPMIP/article/view/641Mini Entrepreneurship Training (M-Ship) in Facing the Industrial World in Batang Regency2024-11-13T02:29:24+00:00Hendy Setiawanhendysetiawan2020@mail.ugm.ac.idChoirunnisa Choirunnisachoirunnisa2630@gmail.comYendra Erisonyendraerison05@gmail.com
The M-Ship training conducted at Selamat Sri University is part of facing the ongoing KITB development. Moreover, in reality, facts and data show that the condition of human resources in Batang is still quite weak. Therefore, this training is very much needed to prepare and obtain graduates from Universities in Batang who are ready to compete. This training method uses practical implementation, where for approximately two months the participants are drilled and given material. Participants are determined by selection with consideration of potential and interest in the field of entrepreneurship. After the selection, they are then divided into six groups, and each group consists of two people. Each group has their own role and task in offering their products. The results of the service show that the success of this training has been tested where it received a positive response from various groups, ranging from visitors, assessment teams, even journalists from the local government who covered it. In addition, the many products available in a few hours have also confirmed the expertise of the participants both in terms of entrepreneurial ability and also increasing skills. However, even though the participants are limited, the enthusiasm of the visitors remains high
2025-02-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Hendy Setiawan, Choirunnisa Choirunnisa, Yendra Erisonhttp://e-jurnal.fkip.unila.ac.id/index.php/JPMIP/article/view/756Sosialisasi Pendidikan Inklusif BAI Mahasiswa PPG Prajabatan FKIP Universitas Lampung2024-12-10T02:41:03+00:00Sowiyah Sowiyahsowiyah.1960@fkip.unila.ac.idNelly Astutinelly.astuti@fkip.unila.ac.idRapani Rapanirapani.1960@fkip.unila.ac.idHariyanto Hariyantohariyanto@fkip.unila.ac.id
The competence of educators is not only to teach academically but also to possess social competence in providing services for children with special needs (ABK) in inclusive schools.
