Appropriate stimulation can help children's optimal growth and development. However, the results of surveys and FGDs in the Community Service Program (PKM) show that many early child parents and teachers still focus on reading, writing and arithmetic skills, compared to stimulating holistic development. This lack of understanding risks hampering children's learning readiness and welfare in the future. Therefore, this PKM aims to increase the understanding of parents and early child teachers regarding child development stages as well as early detection and intervention strategies. This activity is carried out through training which includes child development material, optimal stimulation, and development-based learning strategies. Evaluation using pre-test and post-test shows an increase in participants' understanding after attending the training. In addition, the questionnaire evaluation confirmed that participants felt this training was useful in improving their skills in accompanying early childhood children. It is hoped that this PKM can become an educational model for parents and early child teachers in supporting children's development more comprehensively and based on individual needs.
2025-06-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kurnia Mega Hapsari, Patricia Lestari Taslim, Martha Sonya Kusumadewi, Fadiya Dina Hanifahttp://e-jurnal.fkip.unila.ac.id/index.php/JPMIP/article/view/1140Program Bersinar: Bimbingan Psikoedukasi Resiliensi Karier Berkelanjutan pada Pemuda Desa Ketapang2025-05-14T06:25:49+00:00Edwindha Prafitra Nugraheniedwindha.prafitra@mail.unnes.ac.idAchmad Miftachul ‘Ilmiachmadilmi@mail.unnes.ac.idSinta Saraswatisinta@mail.unnes.ac.idMungin Eddy Wibowomungineddy@mail.unnes.ac.id
Ketapang Village is located in Susukan District, Semarang Regency, Central Java Province. The program encompassed pond construction, seed selection, fish stocking, and maintenance. Two ponds were constructed on a 100 m² backyard plot, measuring 4 × 5 × 2 m³ and 3 × 7 × 2 m³, respectively. To prevent otter intrusion, a 2-meter-high galvanized wire mesh fence was installed around the 20-meter perimeter of the site, and shaded nets were placed above the ponds to protect the fish from predatory birds. A total of 3,000 tilapia (Nila Larasati) fingerlings, initially stocked at a density of approximately 200 fish/kg, were cultured under controlled feeding twice daily. After three months, the fish reached an average market size of 8–9 fish/kg. Staggered harvesting from the end of the third month produced 300–320 kg of fish per cycle, generating a gross income of IDR 8.4–9.6 million, with market prices ranging from IDR 28,000–30,000/kg. These outcomes demonstrate successful technology adoption by the Rejo Ayu Fish Farmers Group in Argorejo, Sedayu, Bantul, indicating improved community capacity in small-scale aquaculture. Nevertheless, constraints remain, including predation by Varanus salvator, as the current 2-meter fence fails to deter entry, and suboptimal stocking density due to financial limitations. To optimize productivity and sustainability, future efforts should focus on enhancing biosecurity infrastructure and expanding access to micro-financing schemes to support scaling and resilience in community-based aquaculture systems.
2025-06-02T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Ilmu Pendidikanhttp://e-jurnal.fkip.unila.ac.id/index.php/JPMIP/article/view/1150Pelatihan Public Speaking dalam Bahasa Indonesia Bagi Para Siswa di SMK Negeri 1 Manggis2025-05-16T04:51:50+00:00I Nyoman Adi Susrawanadisusrawan@unmas.ac.idI Nyoman Suparsasuparsa_nym@unmas.ac.idWidi Wiliyarsewillywiddywwyy@gmail.com
This community service aims at improving knowledge and public speaking skill in Indonesian at SMK Negeri 1 Manggis. This condition is evident in Dusun VII of Rukti Harjo Village, Seputih Raman, Central Lampung. One of the indicators is the low level of community participation in reading books and accessing information independently. To support the development of Rukti Harjo Village as a literacy-oriented village, it is necessary to establish a reading corner as a facility to foster a reading culture. The establishment of reading corner aims to enhance community literacy and is carried out using the Participatory Action Research approach by involving all residents of Dusun VII as the main target. The activity consists of three stages: preparation, inauguration, and utilization of the reading corner. During the preparation stage, coordination was held with village officials, book donation drives were organized, and a nameplate and bookshelves were procured. The coordination process led to a mutual agreement to establish the reading corner under the name "Pojok Baca Saraswati," starting with a collection of 300 donated books. The inauguration stage was marked by the installation of the nameplate and a ribbon-cutting ceremony by the Village Head as a symbolic launch of the reading corner. Subsequently, the utilization stage includes joint reading activities, group discussions, and community empowerment programs based on literacy. All stages of the activity were conducted participatively with the involvement of local residents. The results of this initiative recommend improving facilities and book collections, as well as building networks and cross-sector collaborations to ensure the sustainability of the reading corner.

This training aims to improve teachers' competence in designing and utilising E-LKPD (Electronic Learner Worksheet) as one of the learning resources at SDN 03 Gedong Air, Bandar Lampung.
